Review on 🔌 Enhanced Tripp Lite U224-4R4-R 4-Port USB over Cat5 Hub with 4 Remote Ports by Don Olsen

I bought this to put my Logitech USB headset receiver and 360 wireless controller receiver closer to the TV, which is also where I ran the HDMI cable to connect the Steam enable Big Picture mode on my TV. While setup wasn't difficult (Cat 6 cabling was already in place), there clearly wasn't enough USB 1.1 bandwidth for audio to work properly. it "worked" but the audio was distorted to the point where it couldn't be used. However, the 360 wireless controller was fine. I bought a (more expensive) USB 2.0 adapter. New - 4-PORT USB 2.0 Extender SOFTWARE CAT5CAT6 - USB2004EXT2, and now the sound and 360 receiver work perfectly. no distortion using the same cabling I tried with this unit.
