Right out of the box I noticed that this stick doesn't last as long as one I've used for years. (I'm kind of getting used to new stuff being cheaper than older models.) But this set had a spare stick, so I figured two might last as long as my original ONE. I filled it up, flicked the sponge and started washing the dishes. Part of the cookie fell off during the first course! I turned it back, but I couldn't get past a single plate without it falling off. I took a close look to see what I was doing wrong and noticed that the little plastic tab holding the sponge was very small and flimsy. This little protrusion can't hold the wand in any way! I looked at all the other parts of the sponge in the kit and they are all the same. I ended up gluing part of the sponge to the stick but it looks awful and I know it won't last very long. I'll look for another set.
