Review on πŸŽ‚ Cloud10 Birthday Cake Marshmallow Rice Crispy Treats - High Protein, Gluten-Free, Kosher, No Artificial Sweeteners - 2.64 Ounce (Pack of 10) by William Lopez

Protein and high carbs, no marshmallows

Pros Tastes great Protein Cons No marshmallows High carbs like Kellogg's Krispies rice bars The expensive label is misleading. There is no marshmallow in the ingredients and it doesn't taste like the usual marshmallow. See photo for ingredients. Marshmallow is clearly stated in the Revain description and on the packaging, see photo. Also, this indicates less sugar, which is also misleading. It's a selling point to make this snack look healthy. While technically true, the difference is negligible. A 37.5 gram serving contains 22 carbohydrates. Rice Krispies has a 22 gram serving and 17 carbs. There are more carbohydrates per serving. The carb density per unit is slightly lower - it's 5.8 grams of carbs per 10 grams of it and 7.7 grams of carbs per 10 grams of Krispies rice. But since the serving is larger and there are 2 servings in a bar, you'll likely be consuming more calories if you eat them. Overall I like the taste of the original, the texture was good and I'm pleased that they contain protein. If you eat them to be healthy, you can keep looking.
