I read the reviews before buying it so I think I'm ashamed to think I'll get a better result. It took a long time to get them initially, but that's to be expected given the current state of things. When they finally showed that they were pretty easy to install after I looked at them a bit. Some instructions would be nice. After installation I was able to work 3 days and the front wheel broke immediately. I ordered a completely different brand as this is rubbish and found that if I only order one I can receive it the next day, but if I want to buy 2 the delivery changes to 5 days. So since one was broken I ordered one with fast delivery and the other with 5 day delivery thinking I'll just replace it when it arrives. So I installed a new one and reinstalled the top rack. We managed to roll the rack in and out 2 times and the other bitch broke just like her buddy. So now I had to fall back on an old original, which luckily I kept. Our dishwasher now works with new Exact equipment and old original dishes. The bins are marked Blue Stars and are made of a completely different plastic than the one I just received and installed. Fingers crossed that's better. Hopefully my photos show how thin the support plastic is right where it needs to be strong.
