This will be the last time I will buy from an unknown Chinese company from Revain. I measured my dog according to the instructions but when the vest arrived it was too big. waste of time. The promotional label on the vest reads "Structure Analysis" and identifies all of the lifejacket's components without realizing that they are involved in their own false advertising, not to mention the terrible grammar. The vest says 'sustainable pearl cotton' and the tag says '90% PVC, 10% NYLON'! It also says 'reflective hem' but nothing on this vest is reflective. When I compare this vest to my other dog's Outward Hound life jacket, I see that this PetCee life jacket is of poor quality. I wonder if that's a real life jacket. Will swimming in the water really help my dog? I don't trust it. Disappointing.
