this is my 3rd android box in 5 years, i gifted my nvidia shield once. I use Apple TV a lot, but I needed Android TV to download content and browse the web and watch movies. I bought this box because of the great reviews I read about it, but now I'm forced to question the authenticity of those reviews. Firstly, after I set it up in the evening and in the morning the keyboard stopped working, the technicians think the receiver is damaged. 2. Before I bought the box I asked about external storage support and the seller replied that up to 2TB is supported. I've tried 32GB USB flash drive, 64GB USB flash drive, 500GB external hard drive and a 1TB external hard drive, none of them work and as soon as the drives are plugged into the USB port, the system turns on in addition, the system heats up very easily in cold and humid weather. 3. The TV screens are terrible, the FUBO TV is constantly in portrait mode, making it unusable to watch. I gave up on him. While I could log into other apps like foxnow with my ATV TV provider account, I couldn't do that here. Attempting to update NETFLIX and other apps will result in you being redirected to the Play Store with a message that your device is not compatible with the latest update. This thing is MESS. I think I'll just stop here because it's terribly annoying just writing down the issues I've had with this box in the last 48 hours of receipt.
