I've wanted a USB charge indicator for a long time. I hesitated because of my combination of USB ports. Then I saw this one which covers 3 sizes I need and most importantly it supports USB PD which is used for fast charging Apple devices for example. After using it for a few months I can say that it works well, no complaints. I found fast/slow charging cables and wall adapters. However, there are some things worth paying attention to. The device is somewhat bulky in shape and requires careful handling. I bet this won't stand up to any abuse, the case doesn't reinforce the solder joints so too much stress will certainly damage it. I was cautious and had 100% reliability, but in the lab or outdoors (RC etc) I would recommend something with a much more solid build.
