Review on Microworks PrISM by Shigg Bigbee

I love how easy it was to use for my customer service department! The best part about this program is being able to see all of our orders at one time from multiple different branches or locations rather than having them show up in separate windows like other programs do so you know when your customers are walking through checkout. It's also great because we can add new employees/branches without needing any training since everything just shows right where they need too be. Nothing really there isn't anything i dislike but maybe if you're looking for something more specific then look elsewhere as their doesn't seem to have much out here. They offer many services including accounting and payroll among others. We needed an overall solution instead of using several apps separately which helped us save costs by not buying each app individually.
