Microworks PrISM Review

I love how easy it was to use for my customer service department! The best part about this program is being able to see all of our orders at one time from multiple different branches or locations rather than having them show up in separate windows like other programs do so you know when your customers are walking through checkout. The ability to have multiple tables in one place was very helpful for our business when we had large parties or family gatherings at my house as well! It's easy enough so any staff member can use it without training if needed but also allows us flexibility with adding features such as more menus than just pizza/burgers options which really made things easier during busy times of year like Christmas Eve dinner rush!! The program works well for our needs of managing orders in real time and keeping track of inventory to make sure we are always stocked with what's ordered. It can be difficult at times figuring out how to use certain features or navigate menus. Also sometimes it will freeze up when you're trying to do something like change prices but I don't know if this is just me being an idiot haha.
