DO NOT BUY! Not worth the risk.
I'll update the review, please DO NOT buy. I fell in love with colour. After one wash they were completely tangled. I had to remove some pieces because they were totally tangled and couldn't be combed through. Finally decided to remove them after even two weeks! and what a mess! I don't know what kind of tape they use, it's some kind of super glue. Absolutely terrible. I've had tape inputs on 4 separate occasions so I'm not new to this. Never heard of their customer service. I will come back for a full refund. Moral of the story: save some money and buy quality hair with good customer service elsewhere.
