Review on White Amazon Basics Non-Stick Bread Making Machine - 2 Pound Capacity by Gilbert Cokky

This is more of an advertisement than a bad review. I have used this bread maker twice. Both applications were within 24 hours. Unfortunately that didn't happen because I ate the whole loaf of bread right away. I was very happy to use the machine and decided to try one of the included recipes first. DO NOT BELIEVE THESE RECIPES. I read the installation instructions and they were full of typos. To my dismay, the recipes also contain typographical errors. As a new baker, I naturally didn't see the mistake and blindly followed the recipe. The 1.5 pound recipe said it used four times as much salt as should be used and the product was inedible. I know this now after comparing it to the other size because the (larger) 2lb loaf of bread contained some of the salt listed in the ingredients. The second bread at my suggested salt size turned out much better and I look forward to using the machine again. Do yourself a favor and find a verified recipe on Pinterest.
