It's a long story but actually I have a very fastidious guinea pig who has taken antibiotics many times in his life. When I first tried this probiotic gel in my diet, it was like a pig again! I didn't know how weak and lethargic he had become but the antibiotics must have really messed with his gut bacteria because when I gave him this gel he went back to the popcorn, climbed, ran in circles. and communicate even more. His energy has increased significantly. I've been giving it to him on a maintenance schedule (once a week) for about three months and haven't seen any side effects.
