The service is great, fast response time when I have questions or need help with my maps/data requests. Customer support can be slow to respond depending upon where you are in their queue at any given moment; however they do eventually get back to me. Sometimes it takes multiple attempts before someone answers your question (sometimes days). It would also helpful if there were more than 2 options for editing map data files so that users could see which one was best suited for them! We created custom aerial images of our development project area using Google Earth Engine. Our goal was to create 3D models from these photos as well as provide interactive access via GIS tools like ArcGis Online. This has been very useful both internally within the organization and externally through shared links with clients who want to interactively explore the projects' boundaries without physically visiting the site. MME's services allow us to easily share this information publicly online.
