Reliable and works well for lighting
I bought this switch to replace my daughter's ceiling fan switch. It was the one who turned the light on and off. The replacement stood in the same place and was almost identical, with rare exceptions. The new switch had a transparent plastic body and the length of the threaded part was slightly shorter than my original. In any case, the replacement fitted perfectly, the threading was correct and long enough to work for my needs. The new switch looks solid and works as it should.
