These are really nice frying pans. I really like the mirror finish. I've only used them once to actually cook something. I may update this post if I continue to use them more. I will say that I prefer to hand wash the pans, but I usually just pop them on the air dryer. Next time I will towel dry them right after washing to avoid water stains. It doesn't really affect actual ability to cook/bake anything, but it is noticeable. Cooling cabinets are standard cooling cabinets, not much can be said about them yet. Overall I'm happy with them so far.
