So the product itself is actually very well designed and made from durable materials. The impeller motor ran, but the flow rate was very low. So instead of packing it up and sending it back. I followed the instructions for the product which said "IMPORTANT, DO NOT return this product to the place it was purchased" and call them and they will take care of it. So I called the number and they transferred me to this witch. She goes on to explain to me that sometimes the ceramic case on these motors cracks and breaks. My response was ok great send me a new motor and i can throw that away or send it back if you want to pay shipping. Instead she told me to send it back to Revane and that she didn't want to do anything else. Sigh! So I went back to Revain, found a compatible impeller motor for less than $10 and fixed it myself. But I have to tell you I was disappointed with the customer service I received. Great product and easy sir/ma'am we can send you a new one immediately turned into this nonsense. Does anyone remember the time when the customer was number one? I can't imagine losing me as a future customer was worth the $10 piece.
