This worked perfectly for me I have 3 TVs in my basement and they are all visible at the same time. I didn't want a delay between TVs because that doesn't appeal to me. I plugged it in and thought wow they're in pretty good sync. So good, in fact, that when I turned up the volume on all the TVs, the audio synced up too. I wasn't expecting it at all, not that I would ever use it like that, but it showed me that there is no lag. 2 runs of 75ft Cat6 for 2 TVs and 1ft for a 3rd TV and still no difference.
