***UPDATE***After I posted my review, NOHOO customer service contacted me for feedback and promised to help resolve my issues to help. They asked for feedback on how they could improve their products. I suggested to include a power adapter for the USB charger. As for using the product, it just doesn't fit our situation. However, NOHOO truly cares about its product and its customers. For this reason I am changing my original rating from 2* to 3.5/4*. ****** I purchased this product after asking a few questions and doing some research. My son (9) recently got braces. He has trouble getting in and around his braces when brushing his teeth. This is our fourth attempt to find a solution to help him brush his own teeth. Unfortunately, this is another failed attempt. Here are my pros and cons. Advantages: 3 different speeds/intensities. UV disinfection. does not come with a wall adapter (you will need to find a cell phone charger to plug in in the bathroom). I was really hoping this product would work. It might work better if he doesn't wear braces. Until then, the toothbrush is in the box. I personally don't dare to return it as it has been used a few times.
