Great product - bad delivery

First of all I've been a big fan of the P21S Wheel Cleaner for years. Spray on, leave on for a few minutes and then wipe off with a soft mitten. Excellent results. The bottle did not come in the original sealed packaging. The bottle itself was opened, the seal was broken. Do you know this seller?
