Functionality and beauty - a great tray

Wow! Okay I've used it 2 times since I ordered it less than 2 weeks ago but I love it. I depend on oxygen and have difficulty carrying bulky bowls and trays to dinners and get togethers because one arm is occupied by an oxygen tank. Balancing trays or boxes of groceries is difficult for me. The compact design of this device makes it easy to carry in a separate pocket in the other hand. I put all the "tray goodies" in ziplock bags in the same bag, along with four small paper napkins and a couple of clear, disposable cups. At the destination, it's easy to open the wedge into the 17" compartment, place a napkin in each of the 4 compartments, and fill the tiers with zippered "treats". Just like a sin! The other guests are very interested in this tray; I get a lot of comments. It suits me perfectly because I am a "shepherd". I'm not a food prep person and I can carry all kinds of cheese, meat, veggies, crackers and fruit for this tray. Helpful Tip: Bring along some small, clear plastic cups to use as containers for cherub tomatoes, carrots and celery, sauces, grapes, olives, etc. The cups show off the food and create the height of the composition. and nobody doesn't want food to drip or roll onto the tray. Paper towels make cleaning up easier at the end of the day (reuse those zip-lock bags to store leftovers), wipe down the crumb tray and fold it back down. makes it a simple 9" wedge. It's easy to carry, in your pocket or on its own, and clean when you get home. Bamboo is great! I leave the cleaned wedge on the table when I'm not using it use. Is it art or a functional tray? I LOVE IT! (You will love it too if you buy it on sale!)
