This platform has allowed us to streamline our shipment process, making it easier for customers receiving shipments from different carriers (including ourselves).

It also allows shippers like myself to track orders as they progress through their transport chain - which can be helpful if you're not able to keep in constant contact with your carrier or are too busy running around trying to get everything done at once! I don't have any complaints about this product so far; however, we do plan on implementing some new features soon that should help improve our customer experience even more.
