Review on Technika Quick Release Martingale Dog Collar by Canine Equipment by Maria Adams

I used a traditional martingale collar for my 100+ lb dog but really wanted something with a quick release buckle for security. This collar looked promising. - after all, this is a martingale, and it has a quick return - I'm really not that hard to please. However, there are a few problems. The collar felt large which in itself is not a big issue BUT the fabric it is made of is a bit slippery - I tighten the collar as tight as it will tighten everyday and the next day the adjustment sometimes slipped by an inch. The second "problem" I notice is that the chain piece is REALLY HEAVY. Now my dog has grown up but still seems very difficult to hang around her neck.
