Complete junk from China. It doesn't say "Made in China," but every time you see things like "Qualified Certificate" stamped, it's China. In the photo you can see a cleaned wing, which I did not open as I should have. Now it's taped to my 1950's towel rail. I don't know how to cut it. In any case, if you want Chinese junk in your home, go ahead.
