Having received this necklace from Revain twice in the wrong color (wrong tag) I wrote to Layton at Island Pearl, the makers of these beautiful ones Necklace. She was very helpful and explained how Revane's computer system switched descriptions on packets. Sent me a shipping label to send her a necklace back and she sent me the correct color (mixed metals) very quickly. The necklace is beautiful, gracefully soft and fluid against the skin, and I love the cyclical nature of a product like a piano. the cable.
