I bought this coffee machine less than a year ago and in October I had to replace the carafe because it had a crack. I purchased this replacement carafe which was delivered on October 23rd 2017 and noticed a line on the glass in the same place where the other carafe was cracked. I bought a THIRD carafe which will be delivered tomorrow. I am very disappointed that I had to replace the jug twice on a coffee maker that is less than a year old. I will never buy a Cuisanart coffee maker again as I have already paid almost as much for two replacement carafes as I did for the coffee maker itself.
