For some reason this carafe likes to drip onto the counter when it pours. And not just a little, but makes pretty good puddles. If you pour VERY slowly, the drips seem to work with minimal drips, but any attempt to pour at normal speed only creates puddles. As soon as the carafe is about 2/3-1/2 full, the process stops. Personally I think the problem could be in the filler lip, maybe it's not at the right angle? Otherwise, the carafe is an exact replacement for my coffee machine.

Last night an almost new carafe broke when it was taken out of the dishwasher. Found this one but noticed it may or may not fit my 14 cup DCC-3200. I bought this coffee machine less than a year ago and in October I had to replace the carafe because it had a crack. I'll try to be brief; I really like the coffee my DCC-2600 coffee pot makes, for a drip coffee pot it's just amazing. However, there is definitely something wrong with the design of the decanter. Handle with care! But when you order a replacement carafe for your Cuisinart 14-cup coffee maker, you already know that because you broke the original carafe. How did I break mine you ask?
