I'll try to be brief; I really like the coffee my DCC-2600 coffee pot makes, for a drip coffee pot it's just amazing. However, there is definitely something wrong with the design of the decanter. The first crashed by simply being put back into the car empty. The second jug (first replacement) looked ok at first glance, but it has a microcrack that can only be seen when the jug is warm and has condensation on it (see picture). Revain customer service took care of the order straight away but I still don't have a fully working pot unless I use a non-Amazon seller or wait 2-5 weeks for it to be back in stock on Amazon (their estimated timely delivery). ) The real shame is that the design of the pot looks great, wide, easy to open at the top, the lid is tight except everything breaks and tears. Based on other comments and my limited experience, if you really like your coffee maker I would suggest trying a replacement carafe if you can find one available. Otherwise, you can look for another car to get away from this decanter.
