The body is well designed ie easy to clean plastic, a "turn knob" that can be removed to use an electric drill and most importantly a push button that makes draining much easier than these types of turn screws require 3 Hands to operate (hold device, turn knob, use turning screw!). The cable is a little flimsy and if it kinks it's useless and should be thrown away (I have a 50' DrainEx as well, that's what happened!). The other drain cleaner I have is the Rigid 25' (they don't go longer than 25') which has all of the DrainEx's mentioned above but a 1/4 inch cable which they call 'Maxcore', which is noticeably stronger and much less likely to break. I highly recommend that DrainEx make this product with a 5/16" or 3/8" cable or disassemble the DrainEx product and use their cable type.
