I love this tool! I'm having trouble with the curling iron, or I get burned, or a curl is twisted or different than the others, or I accidentally twist one in the opposite direction to the others. This tool fixes all my problems. The tool does not heat up from the outside, so you will never burn your skin. It has a timer that will beep when it's time to let your hair out, which is great. So you can adjust the temperature for your hair type. It has two rotation direction buttons that you can use to rotate either towards or away from your face. I highly recommend this product. Chi outdid himself with this!
