This is by far one of the best massagers I have purchased. As described, you get 4 interchangeable heads designed to target and penetrate specific areas of a muscle group. There are 4 speed modes you can choose from relaxation to high pressure. Flow mode is the one I use a lot and it's the perfect post workout and hiking therapy. This device can massage my muscle tissue really deep. I always feel relaxed after using it and have no pain the next day. One thing I would have liked would have been a tote bag, but I'm still very happy with the holdall that came with this package.
