DO NOT buy this item. This car is junk! First I saw from the pattern the machine was tested on that the tension was wrong and when I tried to sew on it it made a rattling noise in the bobbin area and the upper thread caught. I could never get the tension right and to top it all it cost me 35.83 to return the POS. Naughty sewers, you suck!
