It's summer and we usually have outside temperature of 95+ degrees. We have our A/C set at 74 to save a bit of money because otherwise our electric bill would be over $200. Anyway, the result of this cost saving is that I perspire a lot. I put this in a water bottle and shake it up, and have at least two bottles a day to replenish the minerals lost due to perspiration. It helps with cramping and muscle pain.
