Review on Amagabeli 36in x 50ft 1/8 inch Hardware Cloth: Durable Galvanized Steel Mesh for Chicken Coop, Garden Fencing, and Animal Protection by Sonny Flores

Uniform mesh, best for building materials

This hardware fabric probably cost half the price ($85 in 2021) at local stores, measures 36 inches by 50 feet (ours at least) and has a uniform pattern for the web. The pattern will shift a bit here and there, but that's to be expected since it's "fabric". The strap itself remains the same. There was a small area of mesh that I probably did myself when unpacking. The packaging was amazing, even slightly overpriced so the product arrived safe and sound. In the first project we used it to reinforce a small cast iron pagoda for extra shielding. The 36 inch width allowed us to fold a 70 inch pagoda. Sections (cut every 15.5" by 10") and re-roll the box to unroll it inside the frame. Then just a few more wires to hold the ground down and you're done. The chain link mesh is pretty good. However, be sure to use thick gloves. Depending on how you cut it can be quite sharp, I also liked that the edges weren't sharp. Five stars. and 44' went to other projects.

Pros
  • Durable finish
Cons
  • Definitely bad product
