Firm bristles and very versatile

I like these a lot. I love how tough they are and for cleaning most things they are amazing. Although they are actually too much for some of my old teflon pans or stickless pans. You can scrape the floors. Or, on some, remove the non-stick coating immediately. Like I said, these are the old style pans I've always had. I'm not sure they would have unless someone used metal utensils that would have scratched them in the first place. Aside from those special pans, they work great. You can get anything no matter how sticky it is to my dishes, even pots. Works great with Pyrex even after cooking ribs all day and then blackening them for a day or so. Takes about 1/4 the soaking time and one of them can do it right away, in most cases the dishes look like they will be soiled forever. It takes a few minutes and they'll look almost new again after a quick soak in hot water instead of the usual hour or more soak. A big improvement over my last set of dish brushes. The bristles are nice and filled with just a little bit of flex and smoothness. In addition, they have a small, flat, thin plastic lip at the end that's great for scraping hard-to-reach objects. I've also been told that the one the guys brought into the garage does a great job cleaning tools. The parts that they change on the machines are there. It even washes off grease and/or oil immediately. Not as good as a wire brush, but close. I even launched a handle and contracted it to mop the floor by the back door. Whenever someone comes in from the yard or garden in the wet or rain. Great for that sticky, muddy tone that dries like a rock on my vinyl and/or linoleum. That you can spend most of the day tidying up. This is how I get the most out of the soft mop pad I use, then just quickly sweep it over any stains and wipe again with the squeegee pad. Takes less time and looks better than using a hard pad or other mop on these floors. At least for small spots there is something else for big ones :).
