Just received this morning and tried it right away. I got a natural boost of energy within 20 minutes on an empty stomach. I don't know why people complain about how many supplements they have to take per serving. I find them small enough to take all 6. I appreciate the fact that they made them smaller for those of us who can't swallow large supplements. Stop complaining about people. The smell is nice and green and the taste is good for newcomers to the green environment, maybe not so much. I drink a lot of superfoods from powdered green drink mixes, so I'm used to the taste and smell. For this price I have a subscription right now. I am currently taking Purium Superfoods Amino Acids which are very expensive and this seems to work just as well for a fraction of the price. These tablets are not chalky like some other brands. I'll probably take it twice a day and at $22 a bottle compared to $69 a bottle it's a steal. I'll update my review in a few weeks to let you know if I notice any changes. I appreciate the fact that they are natural and green, unlike synthetic amino acids that come out of nowhere.
