The entire head keeps coming off every time I try to change the filter after use. The filter part itself sticks together though. This leaves hanging wires and circuitry, but no ability to change the filter without tweezers. It also leaves tons of debris behind. Since I can see the dirt and skin cells that have been sucked up clearly in the machine, but can't clean them out, I really don't want to put this back on my face. That's gross and will likely prompt breakouts without correct sanitation. Waste of money. Wish it was better made because the suction is actually pretty strong and it works well otherwise
