CZ jewelry can appear fake if oversized due to exposure to light. I have a pair of real 1/2 inch diamond earrings and wanted a pair of cubic zirconia for the tip of my ear piercing. Not everyone has the same earlobe size, so one earring will not fit everyone. As for attaching the post to the back. All it takes is patience combined with trial and error.
