GREAT PRICE - Spare parts

After 2 weeks it started making a rattling noise. I returned it for a refund and received the same thing. I've been using the new one for 3 months now and now I sometimes hear a gurgling noise on low settings. I'm not sure what's going to happen, but cold, hard air is still blowing.
