Big! Fully adjustable if you don't like the way it fits.

All is good but not as dark as I expected. My car is small (a 2002 Toyota Corolla) and I'm very tall (my head hits the ceiling of the car) so I couldn't install the yellow thing the normal way (because when I flip down the visor of the car it blocks completely my view of the road ahead, so I have to keep the car's visor up so the yellow thing sticks to my face when I lower it). Instead, I installed it at the base of the car's visor (windshield side). Since the car's visor snaps into the car's ceiling, I couldn't place the yellow thing the way I wanted (the clips would be right where the car's visor snaps), so I unscrewed, swapped, and screwed on the two clips . back (very easy --- you only need a screwdriver and you don't have to be strong). Now the clips are closer to the center of the yellow thing and it fits perfectly on the car's visor. The only slight downside is a half-inch gap between the top of the windshield and the top of the yellow thing. Now that it's installed, it's really easy to use. I use day and night. Update: Really helps with light sensitivity at night! I only noticed how well this works when I was sitting in another car and immediately got a migraine from the headlights. I can't believe this actually works!
