Review on Jolen Creme Bleach Formula - 1.2 oz for effective skincare by Pam Hansen

Am I very rude? thick eyebrow hair (asian-korean tbh) and was having a hard time finding anything that would lighten my arm hair and eyebrows. My Experience - (ARMS): I applied a little to both hands, left on for 13 minutes and washed off. The hair isn't as "dark" as it used to be, but it's still noticeable. It may take more than a small shift to show results. (eyebrows) That's why I bought it. applied to both eyebrows and leave on for 12 minutes. Lo and behold, bright! HE WON'T GET BLOND. However, some hairs are still "lightened" - so overall light brown eyebrows. However, I find 12 minutes too long. Without makeup, my brows look a bit sparse as some hairs have been bleached. But since I use a brow pencil to lengthen my brows, it works in the end because it's a bit colorful . 4 stars overall because it's a good product but it's hard to know when to remove the dye.
