She loves it! It's worth it!

After receiving and using this product, I felt that I needed to write a review because of all the negative things I read when purchasing it. I want to start by saying that it was a mother-daughter bonding time and she loved it! I stuck and she shook. We bought this for her as a Christmas present and I definitely consider it a gift for anyone looking to do something fun with their little one. I've seen many people say there isn't enough glue. There is. Of course, if I let my stepdaughter do it on her own, I can see where she would have used a million times more glue. So there are two simple solutions: 1) do this with your child or 2) buy some Elmers glue and refill the glue bottles (easier to use/control and easier to refill). I've also seen people say that once received they find it a waste of time because it's a day project and it's done because there's no refill or place to store it. The box is 12x24 (approx) so not too big for something like this. There are top ups when you go to the Crayola website. Another idea, you can print out the coloring page and use small beads that you can buy in the craft section of the store. Does the paper slip during use? Of course yes, but only after lightly weighting it down with glue and beads. We started on the left side of the page and moved to the right. I would recommend this because the beads don't have to travel as far to get to the glue when the paper starts to get heavier. To be honest as a handyman I was expecting this when we bought it. At least I'm sticking with my 5 star rating! If you're willing to think outside the box and spend time with your child making crafts, it's really fun and worth every penny.
