Ordered a size up for me. I'm 5ft 7in, 180lbs, hard as a rock (beer belly), super athletic (couch potato) and I won't even mention my ninja skills with the TV remote. I don't ride a bike because it's really grippy, so you don't have to worry about the plumber's ass 🤢🤮 and it keeps my arms, chest and back warm at 41 degrees and a nice cool breeze coming through the jersey, hitting mine shoulders and under my Brad Pitts, coming out behind my shoulder blades. I keep my usual relaxed pace on the bike otherwise I start to sweat which definitely means the temperature is around 30 degrees or below but I'm me not sure if i will update my post soon. A few weeks. I try to stay active while cycling as much as possible. mainly because I find it easier on my back and run as much as my back can take (two herniated discs is no bueno!)
