True to size! SIZE: SMALL This is my 4 year old 3ft 10in Overall I like the shirt. Cotton isn't the best for $24 but I think it's ok. The print is nice and big, looks like an old vintage shirt. Not sure if my 4 year old is tall or if the shirt runs small. I'm taking the MEDIUM as it was due to be used at his 5th birthday party in August, glad I tried it on and I would like it to be a little looser. It was in the dryer with a shirt we had previously bought from Revain underneath us, so I'm sure that was the case. Be careful.
