Great support & good knowledge base

I work as a senior developer in QPID, so this is my experience working with them for almost 10 months now. The team at Qpild are very nice to be around (I am one myself), helpful and supportive especially when it comes down to their customer service skills. They always make sure that you have all your questions answered and they do everything possible to ensure we end up being happy customers! Sometimes the UI could use some improvements - but hey everyone needs an improvement here or there from time to time right? For me personally as user interface designer - nothing much can really improve upon what already works perfectly well by design though sometimes the font choices could look better than others. So far our implementation has been great and we've started seeing more visitors which gives us hope :) Quepid is very easy to use, it's always up-to-date with latest versions of Solr/Elasticsearch. It's a great tool for searching documents in a document management system like Sharepoint or Alfresco. I have no dislikes about this product. We were solving our problems related to searching and indexing documents. Quepid helped us to solve all of them.
