Quepid Review

I work as a senior developer in QPID, so this is my experience working with them for almost 10 months now. The team at Qpild are very nice to be around (I am one myself), helpful and supportive especially when it comes down to their customer service skills. They always make sure that you have all your questions answered and they do everything possible to ensure we end up being happy customers! It was very easy to use for our organization, which had no prior knowledge of it! The staff I worked with were knowledgeable about their product and always helpful in any situation that needed assistance. There's not much at this point as far as issues are concerned. You can have multiple servers running simultaneously and you don't need more than one server per language or region (e.g., en US vs. es DE). Quepid has been a great partner in the process of implementing a Solr search solution. They are very responsive and willing to take the time to walk you through options and set up. There is a learning curve to get the most out of Quepid, but they have the best support team around and are always on hand to answer questions. I like that Quepid is able to do so much with just 1 application, it's very easy to use even for non technical people (myself included). The support team has always been great at helping me get my issues resolved quickly. It takes some time getting used to how everything works but once you have figured out what your looking for its pretty simple.
