I really wanted to keep this unique lamp! Revain also has similar lamps, but none of them have an attractive gold trim around the edges. I got this lamp mainly because of the non-working Qi wireless charging pad! I thought my phone case might be the problem, but the bulb's instruction manual says phone cases less than 3mm thick (mine fits) shouldn't cause any problems. Well, my phone won't charge unless I completely remove the case, which was a huge pain and I definitely don't plan on doing this on a regular basis. I tried charging my wireless earbuds, which also use Qi charging - the bar lit up like it was charging, but the headphone lights, which flash to indicate they're charging, never came on. Shortly thereafter, the charging pad on the lamp flashed red. I'm sad to have to return this and get a replacement that just isn't as attractive. I hope this company fixes the Qi charging pad issue as many people have mentioned similar issues.
