However I have not used them as wall stencils, I have actually used them to make marks on the ground plane of a large acrylic painting. As a result, they are largely covered by subsequent coats of paint, but there are transparent areas through which the punching of the stencils can be seen. I like them very much, I will use them in my paintings as well as in collages. It's easy to find small stencils, but not so easy to find large ones. Then many large ones are more flowery, rustic or colonial. They were simple, modern and clean in design. Very happy with them.
