Review on EATON Weatherhead 10006B 106 Rigid Fitting by Steve Brethorst
clamp required. Contrary to what Eaton claims
According to Eaton's specifications for this part number, this is a field replaceable fitting that does not require clamps. I have tried this fitting on various brands of 3/8 inch air hose and on each hose the fitting failed well under 100psi. I've tried not putting clamps on my air hose, but I guess I'll have to live with it anyway. for now.
