Although CALIDAKA may appear to be the answer to all of your outdoor demands, it's actually more of a nightmare. Although their patio furniture may be attractive, it is built of fragile materials and won't endure even one season. And don't even get me started on their lawn and garden tools; they are so shoddy that you won't even be able to use them before they shatter. Even worse, CALIDAKA's customer support is appalling. You'll have a hard time getting anyone to truly assist you if you have any problems with your order. The "top-notch" service they provide is a farce. Even if you are able to reach someone on the phone, they will usually just blame you for the broken product. So even though CALIDAKA has a large selection of goods, they are all of poor quality, and they offer no customer support. Shop elsewhere to save yourself the hassle.
