This is not the seller's fault. NvIdea is to blame. The card has 2 DVI connectors. Not 2 HDMI ports. I had to buy 2 DVI to HDMI adapters. After I installed the card, connected all the cables and installed the software that came with it, it still didn't work. Only one monitor worked, and it was the size of a mailbox. I had to go to NvIDEA to download and install the latest drivers (2020+) and it finally worked. I think that such a big company as NvIDEA is constantly updating the drivers of the software that it comes with. I contacted the seller with the problem and he called me back within 30 minutes but until then everything was working for me.
